Dear Orem High School Classmate of 1962:
Exciting news! It’s time for our 60th class reunion to be held Friday and Saturday, September 9th and 10th. We hope you can join us at the Scera Theater for a great time of visiting, fun, tasty food, and building lasting memories!
Friday Evening the 9th (business casual dress): A delicious dinner will be provided by MARVELLOUS Catering. We will meet in the Scera Theatre’s multi-purpose room, where we met for our 50th and 55th reunions. We’d like to start gathering at 4:30 p.m. and have dinner at 6:30 p.m. Following dinner, as part of our program, we will have an open microphone and encourage you to share some fond memories of classmates and faculty at OHS! We have many fun prizes/gift certificates to give away in our drawing during the program.
Saturday 10:30 – 2:00: Scera Park Pavilion (just north of the theater and swimming pool). A catered lunch will be provided by JDAWGS, or bring your own picnic lunch! This will be a great time to relax, visit, and renew our friendships.
Cost Information: $50.00 per person, includes Friday and Saturday meals and all costs pertaining to our reunion, including photographer, facilities rental, printing, mailing, and other associated costs.
Additional Information: If you would like to, you can tour the UPDATED Orem History Museum, which includes OHS memorabilia and the history of Orem City (guaranteed to trigger a lot of memories for you; located just south of the Scera in the old Lincoln JRHS Seminary). Additionally, a professional photographer has been hired to take our class and individual/candid shots to include in our CD.
Also, if you have special dietary needs, please inform Jim ASAP.

( ) I will provide a summary of my favorite life experiences at OHS with faculty, friends, and extracurricular activities and an additional summary of my 60-year history since High School. You may put this on a thumb drive or create a word document and send it to any of the committee members above. (Feel free to use any audio/visual technology to transport your summary, including high school pictures you’d like to share.) We want this available for each of our attending classmates and available to ship to those who may be interested.
