What have you been doing since you graduated?

My full time job, my kids and grandkids keep me really busy most of the time. In my 'spare' time, I like to sew/quilt, read and play golf. This cold weather is cramping my style. Last year at this time, we had already been on the golf course a few times! Can't wait for that!
Do you still hangout with or talk to people from high school? Tell about your school experiences.

I am busy teaching 4th grade every day. I have been teaching since I graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1978. I took a short break from teaching until after my youngest was born and have been teaching ever since! I love my job! I also just completed my graduate degree from St. Xavier University and now am a Reading Specialist!!

Some of us from the Class of '74 get together for breakfast every month or so--"The Breakfast Club"!! We are always looking for more members to join us!!

I added some missing persons from our list. I am hoping that I now have everyone! I am looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow night. I wish everyone could have made it, but I know that life sometimes takes precedence over these things. Stay tuned for pictures!!

Happy Spring Class of 1974!! Welcome to our new website! Hopefully, you can find information about our class events and classmates and friends from Carl Sandburg High School. I am hoping that you are all planning to attend our Reunion in August of this year--our 40th!! This is such a milestone!

This website will have lots of information about our class! You will also have the opportunity to add your own information to this site as well.

I am excited to be part of the planning process for the Reunion and am looking forward to this event!
