Enjoying life. Not sure where the time has gone since high school but I am now retired and enjoying life even more. I wore various hats for 34 years in District 227 including teaching dance, yoga, health education and sponsoring Snowball and dance performances and also coaching cross country and track. I moved to MI (a few blocks from the shores of Lake Michigan) 2 years ago and love it here but absolutely love to travel. Our most recent trip was for a month to Indonesia, Cambodia, and Malaysia. The highlight since I graduated though has been the birth of my twin girls in 1986. They have been a huge part of why I am enjoying life. And now a grand baby on the way.....well that's just heavenly.

I have had the pleasure of visiting Lisa Christensen in Denmark with my family over 10 years ago. (I see that Lisa has thrown that invitation out there to other classmates. Do it!) What a cool country. My husband threatens to move there every time he gets disenchanted with politics here, which is quite often. I also talk to Luci Lickus and Mary Law occasionally. The past few years I have been able to make a few breakfast gatherings with Karen, Jeanine, Nancy, and Debby but that ended with my move to MI. Although I had my doubts about Facebook, it has been a hoot to find people and reconnect. I am looking forward to seeing so many of you at the reunion.
