30 YEAR REUNION

We have signed a contract with a hotel!!  We are confirmed for the Sheraton Safari Hotel and Suites Lake Buena Vista, 12205 S. Apopka Vineland Road, Orlando, FL  32836.  It will be a two night event, Friday, July 15th and Saturday, July 16th.  David Miceli is also planning a golf event.

Sheraton Safari is going to set up a website just for us for booking hotels.  They are giving us a group discount for $109.00 a night.  If you contact the hotel directly instead of using the website, 1-407-239-0444) make sure you mention Evans 1981 30th Class Reunion so you will get the discounted rate.  I will post the website as soon as we receive it. 

I (Kathy Wallace) volunteered to work the registration table for the Class of 1980 reunion last year.  It was a BLAST!  I think they occupied 50 hotel rooms at the hotel so there was a crowd on the property for the entire weekend.  Even some of the graduates, that currently live locally, stayed for the weekend.  So, it was a weekend long party.  I think I can say EVERYONE had a great time. 

We have ticket prices.  As of June 15th, all discounts have expired. Tickets for Friday night are $50 and tickets for Saturday night is $90.  And a ticket for both nights is $140.  We still want to encourage you to pay in advance.  If you order on this site, you can pay with a debit card, credit card or PalPal. There will be LIMITED tickets at the door and we will only be able to accpet CASH.  Again, we are encouraging you all to pay in advance as we have deposits to pay and need to confirm a head count with the hotel.  We are also encouraging graduates from other classes to attend.  The more the merrier. 

We all so excited for the upcoming event.  We are looking forward to seeing each and every one of you.  It is going to be a wonderful event.
