Looking forward to catching up with some old friends from Soccer Team and Band.
Got married a year and a half ago to a gorgeous and awesome woman named Beth after dating seven years. Little guy arrived and made me the proudest dad ever end of 09. Moved back stateside in 08 after living in Turks and Caicos Islands near full time for 2 years.
Now that I'm all married and a dad, my partying has gone waaaay down (probably a good thing since the hangovers were starting to last 2 days...)
I like all things dangerous and fun, right up to the point I go, "This is going to really hurt..."
In the 90's, I spent 6 years racing AMA professional superbike motor cycles (1993 Heavyweight Superbike National Champion) and have spent the time since trying to duplicate the feeling without the crashing and pain thing.
I water skied for Kidder Skis and was runner up national champion in Mens 1 kneeboard division.
I played soccer in high school and College (Goalkeeper) where I suffered my first of about 10 concussions. I still play (just not quite as good...). Now I'm hearing that repetitive head injurie are a bad thing.
Got my BSCE from USF in 05 and Masters from UF in 07
Started my own coastal engineering, surveying and environmental mapping firm in 04.
I'm Pretty much a water person. I love all watersports like surfing (Costa Rica trips about once a year) , diving , fishing, water skiing. Snowboarding trips too.
I've just recently learned about the daily pain that is rugby....
I'm really good at flying planes and haven't even crashed yet....We just bought a Cessna 210 which I use to fly around the islands for work and fun. I have about 550 hours now and am almost done with my instrument and commercial ratings.
