Living life to the fullest. I took the opportunity after HS graduation to be young. I went to JCCC one year, then Wichita State (where I learned to really play)! In 1984, I moved to Houston, Texas to work for Corrigan's Jewelers as Office Manager. After being there only 6 months, my family endured the horrible tragedy of losing my sister, Sara Kathryn Winston Soderberg (Class of '76) by a drunk driver accident in Wichita, KS. He lived...my sister did not! My sister had two children at the time of the accident...they were 6 and 7. Although my niece and nephew have moved several times when they grew up, they are both back in Wichita, KS and will be very special to me always and forever. Today finds me working part time and caregiver for both my mom and dad. I am very blessed to still have them both!!!
Favorite School Memory/Story:

Working as a lab assistant for Dr. Jernigan! Quite the experience!
