Basically what I have been up to is working, getting married, having babies and, oh yeah, WORKING. I've been married to the best man I know for 17 years and we have two great kids. We moved for a short while to FayetteNam or Fayetteville, whichever you'd rather call it but then moved back home and have been living in Providence basically next door to where I grew up. Kenny is a redneck yankee but don't call him a yankee or he'll get ticked. I'm a self employed transcriptionist which basically is just a glorified name for .... I type for a living. I work from home so I don't get much adult conversation so when most people see me out in public they have learned to run or I'll talk their ears off. There's really not much else going on. My life is my husband and my kids and as a result I have a few more gray hairs (from the kids) and a few more pounds (also blame the kids, lol). I can't wait to see everybody at the reunion. Last reunion I was fat pregnant so I'm hoping this reunion I will be neither fat nor pregnant.
OMG, where to begin. I guess the one that stands out most is the green bomb with it's bumper sticker "If my car was a horse I'd have to shoot it". For some reason people wanted to ride in the trunk of this beautiful puke green chevy, never could figure that one out. I miss cruising with Tina Railey. Tina, remember my wreck, arggg. Also, thanks to my dad for putting snow tires on it every winter that made it sound like a 747 landing in Webb parking lot.
Anyone else remember Mrs. Noblin's statement "Rudeness in the library!" That still sticks with me for some reason.
