Candice Henderson

Hey guys....on the topic of inviting the teachers, I would invite them to dinner and program portion of the reunion. I thought about having one of them do a short speech or something and then I figured they would probably leave before the "real" party kicked off.

Possibilities:

Mr. Gould (who is now Assistant Principal. He used to be the Drafting teacher.)

Mrs. Tonya Chavis Thomas (Now the principal at Credle)

Mrs. Marable

Any ideas anyone has on this would be great!

Jacquline Washington (Vane) The only one that sticks out to me is Mike Warren (Marketing)I think, don't hold me to what he taught, I don't remember for sure. I know I got out of school early to work at Thornton library.

Candice Henderson Good deal! I had forgotten about those. I will come up with an invitation to send them. Question: Should the teachers attend the banquet free and just ask if they can provide a small donation to the class of $25 to cover their food?

Hi everyone. I hope you are getting ready for our reunion. If you have things going on like I do I understand. Trying to finish up the little details for the wedding in Sept. and the reunion is alot. However, by the grace of God I will do both!!! I hope.........

Hi everyone! Thank you for Jackie Washington for telling me about the web site. And thanks to Leslie Harris Ellis for Candice's e-mail. (and the fish was really good). And a big thanks to Candicc! It sounds like she headed this up. And, Jackie, you did not tell me at the gym that you were engaged. Congratulations! I thought of some other teachers. Mr. Sergent, and Mrs. Sumrell were always teachers I loved. Mrs. Murphy, who is an agriculture student, she rounded up a prom committee every year and helped up put on prom for the class of '97. Just some thoughts. I am trying to encourage people I see to come to the reunion. Hope everyone is doing well.

Candice Henderson Hey guys! Does anyone have any pictures that they are able to scan and email me or send to me? I found some pics from back in the day (I posted them on the Ahh...the 90s.. page) and also Tania gave me a bag of pics (Thanks Tania!). I'm looking for pics for elementary, prom, high school, trips, parties, EVERYTHING! :) I'll love ya to death if you have some..! ;)
