JEFFERY PETRACK, age 13, of Pahrump, Nevada, died on June 24, 1975 as a result of a motorhome accident near Provo, Utah, along with two brothers, Timothry age 15 and Brian age 11.  Jeffery is survived by his father, Emeran Petrack; mother, Shirley Petrack; brothers Randy, David, and Gregory Petrack; and paternal grandparents, John and Celia Petrack.  The Petrack Field in Pahrump, Nevada was named
