Mark J. Koda

Funeral services for Mark J. Koda, 56, of Algonquin, were held June 1 at
Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral Home, Palatine. Born Feb. 27, 1954, in Chicago, he
died May 28 at his home.

Mr. Koda had a great love for animals and the outdoors. He was co-owner of
Kitty's Doggie Day Camp in Algonquin and was a member of the board of
directors of Save-A-Pet, Inc. of Grayslake. He was an avid fisherman as well
as a guitarist. He was also a U.S. Army veteran.

Mr. Koda is survived by his wife, Nancy J. (nee Kelly
