Kent Cross

I went to San Diego State University then joined the defense contractor profession to do research in signal processing. Installed computers in Germany for 1.5 years, had a son there, then returned to raise him in the States. Lived in Maryland for 5 years to see what the East Coast was like (humid!), then returned to California so that our kids would know their grandparents. I worked here in San Diego until retirement in 2017.

1) Convincing Mr. Hornbeck that the instrument room alarm wasn't on, so he opened the door and the police arrived shortly after.

2) Coach Peter's car wash to earn money to fund the hospital in Vietnam. (I think the organization was called "Medical Relief International"?)

3) When the computer teletypes were installed in the Math Classes and the teachers really didn't know what to do with them.
