Did anyone ever hear what her cause of death was?

Hi Marta, I remember running into you somewhere. Where were we? Sonoma? I think I was with my daughter. I loved connecting with you when we did at Mitchell Park that time I finally went. I have reunion phobia...LOL. Are you going to the 50th? I haven't bought a ticket. Lori Potter is going. Do you remember her? She left early and moved to Aptos with her family. We got connected recently. I'd love to see you. Maybe send me a PV message with a contact for you. When I'm up your way maybe we could connect
I think I should get an award for having the most photos posted on Classmates...LOL
What the heck! I've wondered what ever happened to her, She lived down my street and went to my elementary school if I'm remembering correctly. Does anybody know what happened to her? Where she lived? Did she move away? have children?
Sad to hear this.

I loved reading your comments Georgia. I remember him from school...though was not friends. I am sorry to not have known him though..reading what a positive friendly kind person he was...which I could see just from all the photos of him in the memorial video.
Sad to loose such a good person so soon.
Condolences to his family.

YES....Geoff...you were one of the gang. Good times at the YMCA...and the Creek and many fields we played in...Jerry Watatabi's yard with all the fruit trees.
Penny was a childhood friend. Grew up in the Ross Road School Hood. I always liked her....as she was a kind and friendly person all thru the school years.
I remember Steve as a kind, kinda quiet, gentle man....with a twinkler in his eye. I always liked him.
One of the good ones...no wonder he became a therapist.
Blessings to his family

Thank You James...and Jen for posting your memories. I do remember Brooke.
James...how did JoAnne Spansel 'save' you in class that day when you did LSD? Tell us more.
Those precious young years...thinking we were invincible. I sure remember doing foolish things back then that could have got me killed and the friends in the car with me. Some how I survived.
Those school years were fun and they were difficult. I never did LDS or any hard drugs in High School. Loved hearing the stories. Glad you made it back safely in your dad's boat. that could have ended badly.
Life is a mystery.
I also just read about Peggy Cooke's drownign death. I so remember how painful that was. I did not remember that another young man had died as well trying to rescue her. I do hope everyone now knows the protocol when being pulled out in an under tow....is to swim sideways....through it...not back towards shore..against it.
Sad memories.
Blessings To All
I'm remembering Dick revealing to me via a FB message? when we got reconnected....that he had had a crush on me in the 7th grade with my white boots...remember those? Funny how you often never knew these things because we didn't know how to share vulnerable truths back then with each other. I had a crush on him too! in the 7th grade. But neither of us knew
Bless his heart and Wife and family.
I remember him as a fun and kind person back then
