Thanks to email, the phone, and Facebook, I have been able to stay in contact with Linda rught up to the last minute. She and I had many stories to share from our lives growing up in Pampa, and I will miss her more than words can say. The last few years have been difficult for her as her health failed and her beloved daughter, with whom she lived, was kiiled in an collision. I am glad her passing was peaceful and she is no longer in pain, but I will miss her messages and the sound of her voice. I am so very glad Bill, Marion, and I visited her during our 50th Class Reunion. It was the only way to include her in our weekend, and she loved it.

I am so sorry to hear of Linda's passing. When my mother died in 2012, Linda surprised me by sending condolences. Her remaining family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
It doesn't matter if one has been in poor health for a long time or if death comes with no warning, it is still somewhat of a shock.
She will certainly be missed by those who knew and/or loved her.

The world has lost a precious person, but heaven has gained another faithful child of God.

Linda and I played in the clarinet section all through high school. She was such a lovely, sweet, and very caring woman. She will be greatly missed by her family and many, many friends. My prayers are with her family and her friends.

Linda was in band with me and always had a smile and a happy attitude. It is hard to lose any of our classmates but we know they are in a better place. My thoughts and prayers to her family.

So very sorry to hear about Linda. I knew she was sick but didn't realize how sick. I know she wanted to see her daughter again and now they can be together. We went through Horace Mann Elementary together as well as were in Brownies. When my Mother died in 2012, she contacted me to tell me how she still remembered all the cookies my Mother used to make and bring to Brownies for us... she always remembered the good about people. Linda, you will be missed. Condolences to her remaining family.

So sorry to hear about Linda. She was such a sweet, smart person. I enjoyed her so much in our classes together. I hate it that she had to endure so much pain and sorrow. I'm glad that she is no longer suffering. She was certainly a blessing to many.
