Johnny Ray Triplett died on September 17, 2008 in Canton, TX.
Johnny attended Frank Phillips Jr. College in Borger and Midwestern University in Wichita Falls. He was at one time an employee at City National Bank in Wichita Falls. At the time of his death, Johnny was married to Paulette Kay Triplett in Canton, TX.

Johnny was one of my favorite friends at PHS. We lived a few blocks apart and was in his home from time to time. One fond memory was the "still," ... yes, that kind ... he kept in his closet for a while - copper tubing and all. Another was the fifth of mint vodka in his glove compartment. Johnny offered me a drink almost every time I would get in his car. Never did take him up on that, though.
We had some good times together. Can someone share how he died? I was shocked when I saw him in the "Deceased" column.
