Funeral services for Perry A. Moose, 70, of Belton, will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, June 2, 2018, at the Dossman Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at the North Belton Cemetery.
Mr. Moose died Sunday, May 27, 2018, in a Belton nursing home.
Mr. Moose was born January 16, 1948 in Gainesville, the son of Denver and Marcella (Arnold) Moose. He married Vickie Lee Elsheimer June 22, 1968 in Pampa. He worked as an operator at a natural gas company. In 1986 they moved from Pampa to Belton. He has lived in Belton all but two years when they lived in San Antonio.
Mr. Moose was a member of the Model Railroad Club in Temple. He was also a Mason and a Shriner. He volunteered with Red Cross, The Aids Foundation and Blue Bonnet Health Services.
Survivors include one son Perry L. Moose and wife Teresa of Belton, three grandchildren Matthew & Tiffany Moose of Bardwell; Daniel & Paige Moose of Corpus Christi,; Kristi Moose & Darryl Williams of Salina, KS. and three great grandchildren, Liam, Paxton and Gracie.
