After graduation I went to school in Arizona and became a Medical Assistant. After doing this for several years, I decided this wasn't what I wanted to do. I started work at State Farm Insurance and became an Insurance Clerk. I did this job for many years until my health got to where I was forced to stay at home. I now home school our son, Ryan who is a Sophomore in High School. My husband of 16 years is a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a nursing home and rehab center. After 23 years working in a hospital setting and being a director; he wanted to work in a different setting. He loves his job and the residents and is less stressful.
