Hello Everyone I am sending out what the itinereary would look like for the reunion in Panama in April. In the next email you will get all the flight info that you need. I didn't get a response from everyone as to how many people you will be with so if you haven't done that please do so.
I have a bus that would pick people up from the airport and go straight to Deacmeron.
The plan is for people to get to Panama by early afternoon on Friday the 18th. From Friday afternoon until Saturday afternoon we will be at Decameron (all-inclusive resort with beach pool, drinks, food, etc.)
Saturday afternoon we will head to the city, there will be a few hours for shopping and then people that are checking in to the hotel will go there and then the rest will go wherever they will be staying.
Saturday evening will be the Chiva Parandera or MonkeyJam Vip--this is where I would like the opinion of everyone. Now most of you have been on or know what the Chiva is it's like riding a Diablo Rojo with the sides open. It takes you around the city, there is open bar, snacks and a murga. This would come out to about 17 per person. Now there is a new thing called Monkey Jam Vip and it is a limo party bus. It's more of what you would see in the states leather seats, big screen tv, sound system, etc. if you want you can check it out at http://www.tvn-2.com/aldescubierto/default.asp?id_news=8323. Now this with open bar and 3 hours around the city is about $35 per person. So what would people prefer?
After the Chiva we will go out in the night to a club. (Just so you know I might be having an event with Kafu and Latin Fresh so that is an option for that night but it is not completely confirmed yet)
Sunday is time for people to do what they would like to do around the city, visit people, hang out, etc. In the afternoon I would like to take a pic in front of the admin building. At night we will be going out to eat at a restaurant probably with some of our old teachers that are now at Balboa Academy.
Monday people fly out.
So that is what the itnerary looks as of right now. As far as money the things that we will need to put a deposit for are the hotel, decameron, the bus that takes us from the airport to Decameron and the party bus. Without the hotel it is roughly $120 per person $60 of which would need to be paid by mid March and the rest first week in April. I will give exact dates in a later email.
I am in the process of getting all the hotel info so I will get that to you as well. Any questions as of right now please let me know. PLEASE PLEASE RESPOND ASAP TIME IS A TICKING!!

How many people you are bringing (let me know if you are bringing kids)
If you need a hotel in the city or not
Chiva or Monkey Jam
City you are flying out of
Also if you have any pics from back in the day at Balboa, CJHS even elementary send them my way. Also any new pics of you and your family would be great too.
