DATES

Reservations can be made for: October 15, 2009 - October 18, 2009 Event Begins on Friday  10/16/2009 and ends on Sunday 10/18/2009

GUEST ROOM RATES

Room Flat Rate - $142.00 per night (This is either a room w/1 king bed or a double) 
Suite Rate - $172.00 per night
Run of House

Please note the rates do not include 15% occupancy tax (9% City and 6% State).  Such taxes are subject to change without notice.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in time for all groups is AFTER 3 PM.  Check-out time is BEFORE 12 PM.  Guests will be asked to verify their departure date at check-in.

PARKING
The Radisson Hotel & Suites Austin currently offers covered self-parking for all hotel overnight guests for $15.00 per day. Valet parking is available for $22.00 per night for overnight guests. Parking for meeting and event attendees is based upon availability for $6.00 per entry. Parking rates are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT PROCEDURES
Room, tax and incidental charges are to be paid by each individual upon departure either with credit card, cash or check.

RESERVATION PROCEDURES      

Each attendee will be responsible for calling in his/her reservation to our Reservations Department directly with the hotel at (512) 478-9611 or with our toll free national reservation center line at (800) 333-3333, by the designated cut-off date of 9/15/2009 12:00:00 AM. Please have your attendees reference the American School of Paris 1976 room block. Reservations can also be made via the Internet at www.radisson.com/austintx/ using a unique promotional code of "PARIS".  All reservations must be guaranteed to a credit card or a deposit of one night's room and tax.  All reservation cancellations must be received by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival to avoid a charge of one night?s room and tax.
 

RESERVATIONS CUT-OFF DATE

The Hotel agrees to hold the above-noted room block until 9/15/2009 12:00:00 AM.  At that time, rooms not covered by a rooming list or individual reservations shall, subject to the terms hereof concerning guarantees, deposits and cancellation, be released from your room block and the Hotel shall have the right to resell any such rooms so released.  We will continue to accept reservations from your attendees after that date at prevailing room rate, subject to availability.  Rooms can be held beyond the cut-off date should your organization wish to provide a written financial guarantee for such rooms for the entire length of stay.

Reservations that are made after the cut-off date and consumed during your meeting will be attributed to your overall group room block performance when such reservations can be identified.

 
RELOCATION PROVISIONS
Unless notified in advance, if a confirmed reservation, on the day of arrival, is not available for a guest, the Hotel will pay for one night's lodging (room and tax) at a comparable alternative property, transportation to and from such property, and one long distance phone call.  The Hotel will also list the guest's name with the Hotel switchboard, in order to facilitate the transfer of the guest's phone calls to the alternate property.

THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT
The Hotel is a "place of public accommodation" as defined in Title III of The Americans With Disabilities Act (hereinafter "the Act") and, in this connection, the Hotel believes that its facilities are in compliance to the extent presently required of existing places of public accommodation under the Act and any regulations or guidelines pursuant thereto and has received no written notice from applicable authorities to the contrary relative to areas of the Hotel being utilized by American School of Paris 1976.  The Hotel shall provide to the extent required by the Act, such auxiliary aids and/or services as may be reasonably requested by American School of Paris 1976 for the exclusive use in contracted space and/or guest rooms, provided that American School of Paris 1976 gives reasonable advance written notice to the Hotel of such needs.  It is understood that American School of Paris 1976, shall be responsible for the cost of any auxiliary aids and services requested by and obtained for American School of Paris 1976, other than those types and quantities typically maintained by the Hotel.

The American School of Paris 1976 is also "a public accommodation" for purposes of the event being held at the Hotel and American School of Paris 1976 agrees, to the extent required by the Act, to comply with all applicable requirements of the Act including the elimination of physical barriers in connection with the design and installation of exhibits or similar space.  The American School of Paris 1976 shall have no right, implied or otherwise, to alter the design or structure of the facilities described herein in such a way as to cause Hotel to be in non-compliance with the Act, and American School of Paris 1976 further agrees in the event of any alteration to restore the facilities to their prior condition at the completion of the event.  The American School of Paris 1976 agrees to be responsible for the engagement of and payment to specialized service providers, such as sign language interpreters, which may be required by event attendees.
