Being in the land development business it is never the same place for long. You purchase land, take it through the City, develop it then sell off the building lots to builders and/or consumers then you are off looking for the next piece of ground. I am considered the "dirt dealer" due to the fact that most of the Real Estate contracts that I write up are for land not homes. We have several development projects going at one time in multiple States therefore I travel a ton! My parents joke that they never know which State of the Union I am in. I can only do this because both of my sons are off to college and out of the house. As I read the other classmate profiles, most still have young ones at home - good for you! I must have had a big headstart on all of you! :)
