Although it may seem a long way off, as anyone who has planned a wedding or meeting event knows, getting a venue is something you need to book and plan well ahead of time. We are trying to keep in mind access, travel, and cost. Here is what we offer so far:

Saturday :
Dinner/ dance
Welcome 5-630 pm, no host bar
Sit down dinner: 7-830 pm
Chicken, Salmon or Vegetarian options
Dance and Social 830-11 pm
Live music or dj
Cost per person $140 for both Friday and Saturday events
The hotel is offering a special rate for rooms of $229 .
Consideration has been given for travelling from a distance with enough time to socialize.
