Shelley Walker Meloy

Some of my fondest memories were from being on the Yearbook staff with Mr. Briggs. Never a dull moment there. hahahaha! I also remember having "car chases" after we were done with One Act Play practices. And of course, the parties at the "Dog Pens!"

After graduation I went to school at Angelo State Univeristy in San Angelo. I was married in 1996 and the light of my life, Colton, was born in Sept. 1997. I was divorced in 1999, and remarried to the man of my dreams, DeWayne, on 07/07/07. I also gained a step-son, who is the same age as my son. Colton is now in 8th grade, loves school, and is a linebacker on his football team.

I work as a Security Manager at the NASA White Sands Test Facility in New Mexico. I've been in Las Cruces for almost 14 years, and I love it here. I have a great circle of friends and co-workers, and love to bar-b-que, go out for dinner and drinks, go to concerts and comedy clubs. I became a certified scuba diver in 2000 and (although New Mexico is all beach and no water)go diving whenever I can. I love to travel whenever I can, and am lucky enough to have the opporunity to go to Florida this coming October to see a Space Shuttle launch (I'll have lots of pictures to share, I'm sure!).
