I received word this morning from Bruce Pappas that Tullio passed away on April 23, 2019 after a long bout with prostate  cancer.  I have not been able to locate an obituary.  I will continue to look, but if anyone has information, please let me know.

I am pretty sure everyone loved Tullio.  He always had a smile on his face and was genuinely nice guy.
