Kelli Vink Kruid

After graduation I attended Dordt College and the University of Iowa to get my Masters in Physical Therapy. I married Tim Kruid in 1998, and by the Grace of God alone we have been married almost 16 years. I worked as a physical therapist in different hospitals and nursing homes, and continue to work occasionally in that capacity, but mainly stay at home with our 4 kids. I homeschool our two oldest, and am busy with the role of mom. I love to do outdoor activities like biking, walking, I love to read, and most of all I love to teach my children about our awesome Savior, reach out to others who have suffered losses and tell them about the love of Christ.

I will just name a few: Mr. VandeRee's speech after winning intramurals competition, crawling out of Hardee's with Sarah Ribbens and Karla Haagsma because the teachers showed up for lunch there. Having Mr. Rinsema announce that the Brief Buddies could pick up their "briefs" in the office. Senior class play was a riot! My dress coming unzipped in the senior class play and Jayne zipping me up while I was on stage. Girls state basketball senior year, 6 on 6 basketball freshman and sophomore years. Getting Mr. Van Stryland off topic in Spanish. All the laughs in high school!
