This is so incredible taking a walk down 'memory lane'. We couldn't have grown up in a better neighborhood. I'm sure that everyone remembers my love for animals, especially horses. Steve and I live in Ivyland with our Golden Retriever and 8 Maine Coon cats. Adam and Steph are both college students. I also have a horse that I adore and I spend a lot of time at the barn riding and enjoying the peace and serenity that it brings me. I remember playing
" Eclair" after dinner, Halloween at Aunt Sissy's, playing wire ball at Dr. Kuby's,running home after school to watch "Dark Shadows" with Cindy, Elyse and Rosanne, our neighborhood carnivals, Dolphin Swim club, swimming in my pool on the front lawn, sitting on the steps waiting for the ice cream man, eating brown bags of greasy potato chips from Pauline and Eddies, gymnastics with the Gerstadt's at the Rec center on Friday nights, Pearson's penny candy and chocolate water ice, Mr. Campbell, milk money, going to all those Bar Mitzvahs ( and spending most of the time in the bathroom instead of in the service!, forcing my friends to come to my make believe "horse shows" on Sunday mornings. ( I made them do a posting trot on their bikes)!.... the list goes on and on.

My fondest memory was when my dog "Rusty" followed me to kindergarten on my very first day of school. Rusty and I sat on the big wooden bench outside the office until my Mom came and picked him up.
