Old Philadelphia The photo depicts several students departing from Germantown High School built in 1915 after the designs of Henry Decourcey Richards at 5901 Germantown Avenue. The 3 1/2 story brick building contained 65 classrooms, an auditorium, gymnasium, infirmary, and library.
