I think I was more interested in what concert was coming to town then school. I had been accepted to the Swenson Arts and Tech high school, for film and photography. It was their first year opened. My Mom and I went for the first day, we were told my program wasn't ready yet. So I returned to NE, somewhat devastated.

I did do an internship while at NE. At WMMR. I admired Ed Shockey and Michael Tearson. Loved how Ed promoted Springsteen's, Bowie, YES and Billy Joel to name a few to make their careers boom. He also was at most of the concerts I added.

Atlas, I thought being a DJ looked boring.

Went to Israel for a year after we graduated as I wasn't ready to study hard in college. Came back for college. Met my husband and the rest is history.

I have been leading a very and fulfilling life since my return in 1980.
