Vinny Ceraso Here's a great one from the 70's. I had the pleasure of seeing this band in concert a couple times. Freddie Mercury had an incredible voice. I'm taking a break to smoke a cigar out on the patio of this FINE hotel I'm staying at in Florida. I'll be back soon. Work, Work, Work :)

Again,Grace good idea!!Actually,Vincent's sister knows a good cater. I'll call her later & ask her if I can have their phone #.

You know what else we have to remember...at srh it would be from 6pm-12am (or something like that),on a Saturday ,so...we get an extra 2-hrs. Plus,we all can just walk over to the church steps & take our picture. Maybe the priest would take it for us.If not,I'll ask one of my old neighbors on Cleveland street to take it.

Does anybody remember that man that used to walk through our neighborhood & whistle???

Hey Gals & Gals,

I did send an email to Lori again to see if we can try & get SRH for May??I want them to know that what they did was a Great thing & not to let different opinions be a cause not to move forward with this.

Listen, I have no problem admitting that my life has completely turned upside because of my health. Everything that I worked really hard for all these years evaporated away from me. I have no job & no health insurance, because of my health, which is not going to get better with time; it's only going to get worse. My prospects for the future are a wheelchair & someone wiping my ass. I'm not looking for sympathy here (nor is Carolyn). We’re just trying to make everybody understand how ridiculous all of this is.

My point here is life can change on anybody at anytime, so why waste it on this silly nonsense. Life is too precious to be bickering/over hurt egos. Look, call me sentimental/pre-menopausal/insane...whatever, but let’s swallow our pride here & go with SRH. Unless someone can come up with something better in South Philly…let’s just do this!!!!

Richie Lazer said it best "lets support our church." Come on...this is where we ALL went to grade school. Are we ALL so high on our horses that we can’t step off, swallow our pride & communicate for this once in a lifetime/30-year get together??? I would hate to walk/limp away from this & just say “aaah oh well.” How ridiculous does that sound….really??

Man, if I had money, I would post this add on the front page of the Daily News for crying-out loud!!!!
Can’t we just start over & pretend like this never happened???

Think long & hard on this people, because we’re not getting any younger here.

Dear class of 1979:
The original "committee" members (Lori D, Maria C, Mike G, Jerry S and MaryLou I) no longer have the time or the enthusiasm to keep spending on this project when there are so many people with so many different opinions; which we value and respect.

Our objective with doing it the way we did was to AVOID this very situation that we knew would occur if we left this up to a majority vote.

We all know that there is no way 43 different people would be happy with everything, so we made arrangements based our best judgement and the input from a bunch of others.
So in the interest of not holding this up any longer and getting this moving in the right direction we (the original committee members) are backing out of the planning of securing a time and location.

We will go along with whatever plans are made by the group and any new committee that is arranged.

So keep me posted as to what is decided

Joseph DiCastelnuovo To the Committee,I myself and the few that appreciate your hard work and diligence,thank you very much on what you have already done and wish all would have understood that if it were not for you,this would have never had been able to get off the ground. I will go wherever the majority wishes.Will the date be the same?
