12/27/08 08:29 PM #73     Calvin Casey To explain how a fish fry works. I can get the club for 1 or 2 hundred dollars this money would not be due up front. I coluld also get like 200 tickets free of cost. We could get fish, chicken, and fries for 200 people for 400 making total over head 600. Ticket cost should be 10 dollars. The bar would be a cash bar that would stocked and ran by the club. It would also be good to have a 50/50 raffel. If we can get 200 tickets sold (@10 a tic should be eazy) we would have 2000 dollars minus 600 from the over head we would net 1400 not counting what we make at the door. If there is any intrest in this let me know and I will book a date.

12/29/08 02:32 PM #76     Nikiia Ward HI ALL! OK.to begin.I didnt even know this message forum existed so I missed a lot.HOWEVER I have an idea for a fundraiser. It may sound Cliche'.and I am so sorry for volunteering Frank..but how about someone contact him to see if he and some of his artist on his label/website would be interested in doing a concert ( FREE) as a fundraiser at a wreck center or something in the neighborhood of West Philly or even at the highschool itself as a way of raising money for the reunion.maybe charging the tickets $5.and $10 at the door.its an idea..I dont know if it will work..but its start...the concert can be for like an hour or so....like we used to do the talent shows back in high school..OR..we can all come togetehr to do a talent show for the students that are there now,,and try to negotiate to keep some of the proceeds from the talent show.....am I rambling.sorry..HAHAHA!
