Damn, I didn't think of it. Someone pointed out that the last financial crisis our country faced started in 2007.  It was blasted off by the Sub-prime Mortgage scam.  People buying homes that they couldn't afford and Mortgage Holders intimidated by our government based on Race.  Remember the Democrat line, "Everyone deserves to be able to buy a home!"  The reason I point this out is because of the Federal Reserve Governor who has abused our mortgage laws knowing that less than 20 years ago, what she was doing created the financial crisis.

The memories of the days of liar loans.... I remember one specific deal we did, I did it as a favor to a builder friend who asked me to represent a buyer who wanted to buy one of his homes, my lender brought in the closing package and told us he might as well put a deed in lieu in the package because he suspected these people would never make a payment. He was right, home was foreclosed on in less than a year. We stayed pretty clear of that type of business. The new dems won't care about home ownership, they will want government to own the homes and allow people to live in them along with assigning them a job. Hello communism.

RFK Jr. was raked over the coals by Democrats for not knowing the number of COVID deaths and then yelled at when he tried to explain how no one really knew the actual number because they didn't want to hear it. The number of deaths had been so convoluted by fake reports, unverifiable reports, and reports of those who died from other causes, such as accidents, that the number could not be accurately ascertained. It seems the Democrats will go out of their way to show their disdain for the truth.

Lester Cox  Yes, the two geniuses, Barney Frank, and Ted Kennedy's best friend, Senator from an Eastern State, Chris Dodd, were the ones who got the Bill passed that mandated all lending institutions were obligated to Loan people money to buy a House even if they couldn't qualify to borrow the money in the first place. Quickly, the lending institutions were going Red because of these bogus loans, so being the resourceful geniuses that they were, they bundled bummer loans with good producing loans, and sold them in lots of 100, mix in a few bad loans, and make out the total with good loans, and sell them like Stocks on the Open Market, Didn't last long, and by 2008 the Bottom fell out of the Market. I was doing Post Foreclosure Evictions of People who had stayed in their homes, even after they couldn't make the payments. I was handling about 10 to 15 cases per day here in the Lancaster Courthouse. I was paying people to leave before the Eviction Trial because the Lenders were wanting the houses back on the Market and out of their REO properties so that they wouldn't have to service them. People who gamed the system would by a house, stay six monthis, get about 50 to 80 K in equity, never make a Mortgage Payment, and then pocket the Equity left. Then they would turn around and buy another house, and Rinse and Repeat. When the "Game" went Busto, the Market Value of Homes went down 50 % here in the "Golden State". That was during the Obama Era. 

To get buyers back in the Market, interest rates on loans went way way down, like in the 2 to 3 percent bracket, before the home values had been well into the 100's of thousands, and now houses were in the mid 100 thousand range, and up. A judge I knew bought over 100 homes up in the Monterry Bay area, and rented them out.  It took our economy about ten years to recover from the last Dem engineered Fiasco.

Frank, Bill, etc.etc. Just go to any non-English speaking country and insist that all signs, documents, etc. be available in English and see how far you get. Yes, the English language has indeed evolved over the centuries, but it is the official language of the United States, and newcomers need to learn it.

President Trump is now changing the name of the Department of Defense to the Department of War. I was initially against this change, citing that our country should not be considered a warring country but a country that effectively defends our sovereignty and that of our allies. The name Department of DEFENSE clearly states that intention. However, now I have come to realize that in the pursuit of that defense, we are now at war on many fronts. Not only are we at war with those who would like to take our country down by sending us their criminals and drugs to kill us, but we are also at war with our own people, who defend this takeover. Every day, we see more evidence that we could be headed for a Civil War between law-enforcing states and lawless states. The danger we face in our own country from our own citizens could be more dangerous than the threat from Communist nd Muslim countries. Our country has become as embroiled in threats of annihilation as the rest of the world. 

These conditions are prophesied in the Bible for those who care to read it. However, this post is not intended for preaching, but rather as a warning. We may be getting closer to Armageddon than we think.

If you still keep up with the War between Ukraine and Russia, Ukraine has destroyed Russia's production of Gasoline, Diesel, and Natural Gas production, and supply to other countries via Pipelines by at least 20 % in the last year, and Russia now faces a Fuel Shortage in its own Country so much so that the General Populace is stealing Fuel from each others vehicles. Food production has followed suit, and now there is a gigantic fuel spill that is affecting the Coast of Crimea with an estimate that the Beaches in Crimea will need Clean Up of two meters deep. Russia has not been able to mount an Aircraft defense to Ukraine for almost a year now, and no longer bombs Ukrainian Cities using Jet Aircraft, instead using Iranian drones. Russia has recruited from over 50 different Countries for Soldiers, yet the UN has said nothing about how this War has taken on an International Element. The question now comes, Who will help Russia defend itself, for it is on the brink of defeat. Not many people pay attention nowadays, for Trump claims he can make Unity happen by forcing the parties to make a :peace deal. With Putin, it is very clear that you are only fooling yourself if you think he can be trusted to sign onto a Peace Deal and have it last further than his next Whim. Trump is a self-deluding Fool to think he can do this. Too bad, but at least now I know with a great deal of Certainty he is not the Antichrist, because Biblically it will take an Antichrist to settle a World War, and that is where we are headed.

Israel vs Iran appears to be settling down, but Iran's Mullahs will not cede that they have Lost, and change their Core Message of Killing all Jews and Destroy Israel forever. So in my Book, that part of a potential World War  is just brewing on one of the Stoves Burners, on the Boil with a slight twist of the  knob. and the other War, Ukraine vs Russia I would like to think Ukraine will win it, because they have positioned themselves to do so despite Trump and JD Vance, who still want to tell Zelenskyy, you are too short to be a World Leader, but Putin is probably the same height, is a World Leader based upon some Delusion they both suffer from. If China comes in with help to Russia, they will also unite with Iran, and then we willl have our Third World War. Nukes will fly, and the World will be in Chaos. Then the Bible will suddenly become informative to many who ignore it now, and we will see the Antichrist, the big problem solver, come into view. 

Perhaps that will be Robert De Niro, or maybe Gavin Newsome, or even that kid, named Hogg, who is a Leader of the DNC. and calls for Gun Control. Perhaps even Maxine Watters. Who knows, but the World is not in as great a shape as we all may wish for. I don't plan on being around by then.

Agreed Bill!  Let's go back in History.  JFK was killed by Lee Harvey Oswald.  L.H.O. was a Communist/Socialist He visited Russia and Cuba in 1963 prior to killing JFK.  Communist and Socialist are Godless.  Robert F. Kennedy was killed by a Muslim.  I wonder how many Muslims are Conservative or Republican?  Ronald Reagan was shot by a Democrat!  Steve Scalise was shot by a Democrat.  Donald Trump was shot by a Democrat and another one had set himself up to shoot him.  Now Charlie Kirk, a Conservative Christian Republican, who has always encouraged debate and, in fact, would specifically ask people with opposing views to come up and present their opinions.  He would debate them without anger even though some of those leftists would go crazy.  Now the Left has killed him!  God Bless His Wife!  God Bless His very young Children!  God Bless His Family!  There have actually been some sick lefties expressing happiness about hom being shot.  The Biden's, Gavin Newsome, and a couple other Democrats have expressed their sorrow.  BUT REMEMBER, they were calling Trump and those who supported him-----Nazis!!  Who are the dangerous radicals?  The Governor of Utah pointed out that Utah still has the death penalty.  I hope they use it!!

Of course the Left has come out with their "gun control" mantra about the political assassination of Charlie Kirk including one left wing member of the House of Representatives blaming the Republicans for the assassination.  The FBI says it thinks it has found the weapon.  It is a "bolt action" rifle which is not included in almost any gun control legislation.

Frank and others, the left has never been in favor of gun control. They are only in favor of gun control for Republicans. The violent gun crimes we hear about in blue states like Illinois, and particularly in Chicago, are being supported by the left-wing governor and the mayor of Chicago.  The murder of Charlie Kirk only goes to show the violent, outright evil of the Marxist left. I think that if they could, they would try to kill everyone who voted for Trump. Perhaps they are trying to scare off any potential Presidential candidates in 2028, as well as anyone who would vote for or support them.

I just watched a Charlie Kirk segment at a college in which an Asian student calls Charlie a Facist.  Charlie responds, "O.K. What do I do that you call me a facist?"  The student was so dumbfounded that Charlie didn't attack back that he couldn't speak!  I think it was because he had no clue what facist believed in!
