David Kocherhans

I have been living in the Salt Lake City area, Bountiful for 34 years. Graduated from BYU, December 1977 in Busines Management. I have been involved in real estate property management since 1978 and real estate development and management for the past 18 years. I am executive vice president of International Development Group and Horizon Investment and Management. We develop, build, aquire and manage commercial real estate, primarily apartment communities and condominium communities from northern Utah down to Las Vegas. www.horizon-living.com
My wife and I have been married for 39 years and we have a married daughter who has four children and two sons, one who married in September, and one son still single.

I loved high school and my experience at Sunnyslope and Royal Palm Elementry. Had the honor of serving as Freshman Class President, Junior Class Vice President and Senior Class President. I made many friends and aquaintances and have lost touch with most over the years, not being in the Phoenix area. It is amaizing how Phoenix has grown and changed over the years as well as the high school. The world has changed since that graduation day in 1971. I still remember the all night party at Big Surf, the ocean in the desert in Tempe.
I attended the 20 year reunion and I can't believe it has been 20 years since then. The 30 year reunion hit the week of 9-11 and flights were cancelled.
The 40 year reunion was superb. Great job to all those who helped organize it an put it on. It was so fun to see old classmates and renew friendships.
