Phoenix College cheer, gymnastics, then R.N. school. Practiced nursing for 15 years, then fitness took over. I've been an aerobics instructor, personal trainer, hiking/racing group leader...for 20 years.
School Story:

West High was out of my district. I knew very little about it when I decided to attend. I commuted from south Phoenix for 4 years. From that first day, freshman year, West High welcomed me with open arms!!
