Dan Shaw

I semi retired in my early 50's and being an empty nester I started playing music again. In 2014 I created a band called Five in the Wheel(you can google) It has been a blast going back to what I used to do when Lee, Rusty, and I were kids. The band is now out of control and booked solid a year out. We opened for the Wallflowers a couple years ago. Candy Zappa (Franks younger sister) has joined us on stage along with many other talented musicians including our own Dennis Chapin! Besides the band, Kim and I like to travel the world through out the year. Last fall we were married in Ireland. This past year we attended our daughters wedding in Fiji then a week on Matamanoa, then a few weeks traveling the north and south Islands of New Zealand. I stay active Mountain biking, Snow Boarding, Paddle Boarding, and diving. It has been fun catching up with a few West High peeps that have moved to Prescott.
