Janet was a lovely person. She was a talented businesswoman, and a great person to know. I remember Janet singing in the Jr. High talent show, with Francine Nomura and Vicky Burgett. They sounded wonderful. I know that Janet was very active on the various PHS '61 Reunion committees. We all had the Sunday breakfast party at her home after our 40th Reunion. Janet will be missed by many, many people.
Janet was a wonderful person with a great personality. We went to the "All Night" together and joked all night. Unfortunately, I lost touch with her after our graduation. I'm sure she will be missed by many.
I can't begin to tell all of you the role Janet played in so many of our reunions. She could organize a heard of cats and sometimes it felt like that. She would have us over to her house for the meetings, she had at least one of the post-reunion, Sunday events there and was tireless in her efforts. Janet was my Big Sister when I entered PHS in my senior year. She took me to school and showed me around. I was relieved not to be alone on my first day there. She had a great personality and made me feel welcomed.
