Born April 22, 1952 in Pittsburgh, PA. Passed away on November 23, 2006 in Fort Pierce, FL. He worked in maintenance for the Plum Borough School District. Prior to working for the School District, he worked for Westinghouse. Russell was an avid gardener and enjoyed music. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Survived by his parents Frank and Isabella Frohlich of Fort Pierce, FL, sister Sharon Lux of Fort Pierce, FL, brother Dan Frohlich of Pittsburgh, PA, nephews Brian and Mike Lux, nieces Chelsea Frohlich and Lee Anne Walko.
