My condolances go out to Keiths family.  Keith has been my friend for a long time.  I first met him when we about 8 years old.  Keith's cousin was my next door neighbor and Keith spent some time at his cousins house.  We got to know each other again in highschool.  We became good friends  back then.  I could tell you a lot of adventures.  That is for another time.    We had a lot of them.    We had a lot of fun growing up.  We lost track a little after we started raising our families but our friendship drifted back as we got older.  Keith was a good guy.  I think his time in the Armed Forces did him a lot of good, and it gave him an opportunity to really see what he wanted to do with his life.  Keith did not have it easy growing up, that is for sure.   After his time in the service he started a career in law enforcement.  He excelled in his job.  He put the cuffs on a lot of bad guys, and helped a lot of people out in trouble.  Keith was quite a guy.  I remember Keith having problems with the local politicians in his later years on the police force, but that didn't stop him.  He decided to develope a security company and became quite successfull with that.   It was all in the timing, and Keith seemed to have timing figured out.  I am proud to call Keith Guthrie my friend.  Rest in Peace my friend.  May the lord bless your soul.  Your friend, Gary Stewart.

Keith joined us for an informal gathering of classmates in January of 2023.  He and Noel Squitieri commiserated about their cancer treatments.  Sadly, now we've lost them both.
