I served in The Army from 1958 through 1960, stationed in The US during the entire 2 years.
After being discharged in June of 1960, I entered the IT Industry where I worked until my retirement in December of 2005.
Mary Jean and I were married in June of 1969 and this year we celebrated our 39th anniversary. Our daughter Jennifer was born in December of 1971 in McCandless (Passavant Hospital) and our son James was born in September of 1973 in St. Paul Minnesota (St. Joseph Hospital).
Although I identify myself as retired, I do still engage in consulting contracts from time to time. Anyone looking for an IT Consultant specializing in Business and Systems Integration, I'm your man.
My wife and I both enjoy traveling and additionally I am something of an amateur Chef as well as a Gardener.
We have traveled to The Cayman Islands on a number of occasions and count that among our very favorite places.
In April of 2008 we traveled to London, Athens, cruised The Greek Isles and completed the trip in Istanbul before returning to Naperville.
For any of you that are cruisers and have not toured The Greek Isles, I suggest that you save your pennies and do that.
