Jimmy was a good friend of mine from the time we were kids till his way too early death. We also went to Sunday school together and also were confirmed at the Plano United Methodist Church together way back when. Memories are what we keep when life was too short.God Bless...

I just came across this and the memorial brought tears to my eyes. Jimmy was one of the nicest guys I ever met. He was sweet and sensitive and taken from us way too soon! I've thought of him over the years. It makes you realize what an impact people can have on your life, even if its only for just a short time. The pictures are a wonderful tribute to him.Cara Krejci (Kensel)
Hands down, Jimmy is by far the nicest boy I have ever met. He always had kind words to say to everyone and always would stick up for the underdog. I think about him a lot.Sandra Wilson (Taylor)
I remember carpooling to and from Waubonsee with the guys(Jerry and Jimmy) I can't remember who else rode together. I got my first speeding ticket in Sugar Grove with Jimmy and all I remember is he kept telling me to start crying and that I would get out of it. I laughed so hard I almost pissed my pants. Need less to say I still got a ticket. He is missed very much.Diane Sledden (Reed)
I want to echo the words of Cara and Patty...Jimmy was the nicest boy I ever met and he left this earth too soon. He was always there to listen to me and he was great and telling me to ignore the idiot guys in the class. I remember moving back to Western Illinois University to start my sophomore year of school and hearing the news and I couldn't stop crying. Seeing his pictures in this web site brought tears to my eyes again. Jimmy, I will always remember you fondly. You are truly missed!!Jeff Edwards
I remember Jim from elementry schoo; up to high schoo; anf he was one of the greastest guys you could ever meet. He treated everybody the same no matter who you were or where you came from.
