Barbara was beautiful, intelligent, talented and creative. But her sweetness, kindness and generosity were her more important attributes. She was a good and dear friend throughout our friendship, helping me navigate many difficult challenges. People were drawn to her, as I was, by her friendly, open and innocent nature. And I believe all who knew her shall feel her loss deeply because she was the kind of person that makes the world a better place.
