I spent a good portion of our 40th reunion reconnecting with Jo Anne and thankfully got to know her all over again. I was shocked to hear of her passing and I can only pray that she has now gone to a place of everlasting peace. I look forward to seeing her on the other side.
I am deeply saddened to hear the news of Jo Anne's death. I hardly knew her but found her to be a lovely and sensitive person in the few conversations we had. I have wondered whether the move to Pleasantville at such a delicate time (adolescence) in our lives, and possibly her reception by her schoolmates left long lasting scars on her.
I hope any of you who knew Jo Anne well will share your thoughts and memories of her so that those of us who have lost that opportunity will have the chance to know her better and learn what we have missed.
