Pleasantville High School
Class of 1967

Save the Date! Weekend of October 11-13. For the Class of '67 75th Birthday Party, to be held in and around Pleasantville. The ad hoc planning committee just met. Some of the activities suggested include a party (naturally), maybe a P'ville football game, group stroll in Rockefeller Park, etc. etc. More details to follow, but pass along any ideas you may have. Next meeting is May 14 at 8:00pm via Google Meet. Please let me know if you would like to join the committee [currently Carol Klugman, Judy Gootkind (Kaestner), Barbara Levell, Dave Gallo, Kathleen Caryl (McDermott), Kathi Brill, Carol Mineo, me] please let me know and I will send you the link. Finally, if right now you are thinking you might come, please let us know as soon as possible. You can email me at or tell the "world" on this thread.

Gary Gribbon, Kathy Mclain (Lawless), and Tommy Gelsthorpe said they are in!

We are just back in the UK - hence the lateness of this announcement. I want to thank all the Reunion Committee for all their hard work and for the absolutely wonderful Class of '67 Celebration. I was impressed, amazed and touched by the kindness, thoughtfulness and friendship shown throughout the weekend and in fact over the whole process of preparing for this event. In particular, I want to say a special thank you for the birthday cake on June 23. I only wish I had had more time to talk to more of you. Wishing all of you peace, joy and good health for the future and may our paths cross again, hopefully even before the next Reunion in 2022. Lots of love from this grateful gal ( and her husband))- Anita

Greeting everyone, there was a guy in school named Tommy Ackerly and I haven't seen any reference to him anywhere. He drove an aqua marine Mustang convertible that his father bought him the year Mustangs were introduced,I think it was 1964. Anyone remember him? He may have been kept back a year so his name might not appear in our class. Tom Henschel
