On November 12, 2002 GARY JOSEPH KONETZNI, of Ellicott City passed away. He was the beloved husband of Pamela Jo (nee Thomas) Konetzni, devoted father of Shannon Renee, Keith Henry, Hannah Marie, and Andrew Thomas Konetzni, loving son of Adeline and Albert Henry Konetzni Sr. Dear brother of Albert Henry Konetzni Jr., Douglas William Konetzni and Karen Staroschak.

Gary was one of my best friends in high school wonderful person and a great spirit and the 50 years that have passed since I last saw him does not diminish one bit the sadness and the sense of lost that I feel but the news of his passing rest in peace my friendRobert Bloch
I first met Gary at St. Thomas School. He was always a high spirited, fun loving kind of guy.

I also first knew Gary at St. Thomas School.. He was a good friend from grade school right on through High School. He was always fun to be with. What many of our class may not know, was that Gary graduated with the class of "68 and although he had not previouly played varsity football, Coach Kurachek recruited Gary to play and he was outstanding, just as he was in life. Although he will surely be missed at the reunion, I know all of us who will be attending will take a moment to remember and honor him in spirit.
