Day before a 100 mile race in North Carolina. Out of 114 racers in my class, I got 5th.

Here's some sweet single track trails from Kentucky. Some are rocky, some are not but all trails are sweet.

This is Cumberland Falls, the largest waterfall on this side of the Mississippi River. Look on the left, you can see some people. They say it's 100' tall. This is one of my favorite trails to ride on.
