A great life...enjoy my family & retirement...skiing, golf, tennis...my grandchildren are wonderful...all great kids. I love to paint & play ukulele & go on motorcycle rides with my husband. We love football & follow both college & pro games...our college teams represent Hawaii & Oregon. We live in both Bend Oregon & Maui, the best of two worlds!!

School Story:

Memories: the Art Staff room where Doreen Kemery & I ate our lunch & designed "stretch banners"; Darle Herman, our favorite teacher....football games where we (rally squad) led the "yells" & I didn't know a thing about football...decorating for special events like dances & the "Mum festival".

My husband & I met up w/Ken & his wife some years ago at that brew pub on Sandy Blvd...they both looked great & we had a fun time together...I'm so glad I have this recent memory.  My aloha to you, Ken, for all you did for this web site...you'll be remembered in those halls of our beloved high school.  Fond Farewells from Marlene Reinika Singlehurst

Hi there....I remember YOU!! Just want to say: Thanks for serving!! My first husband was a Marine pilot...helicopters & A'4s...& we were stationed in Pensacola/NewRiver/Kaneohe & Cherry Point. Maybe you were at some of those bases...? We did divorce & both of us remarried. I have lived in Hawaii for 40+ years, retired school teacher enjoying life!! Aloha, Marlene Reinika Singlehurst
