I stumbled upon this site while looking for reunion information... Will possibly be able to make it for at least one or two events...depends on what my office has me scheduled for. I still live in Los Angeles and practice Ophthalmology in Beverly Hills. Because of family ties in Houston I have maintained a personal residence in Pearland for several years that I get to fairly often. I still enjoy the food, fishing, friendship, and climate in southeast Texas. My place there makes it easier.

Time really flies... Seems like only a couple years ago I was hanging out with classmates at our 20th reunion (the last one I actually made). We all have to work on our "Bucket List". From what I've seen, nobody makes it out alive!

Maybe "Obama-Care" will address the needs of the many uninsured in this country (overly represented by African-Americans) to the extent that I can retire early with the peace of mind that will come with knowing that my services aren't as desperately needed. Then I can spend more time mixing it up with old friends. We'll see.

There are many. One of my favorites was a field trip that Ms. Simpson, in her tireless effort to give us some degree of exposure and sophisication, put together for a group of us to see "My Fair Lady" at a movie theater on the other side of town. MISTAKE! Maybe one day I'll actually take the time to LOOK at the movie....
