Comments:

I stayed in Port Charlotte to take an elementary teaching position for five years, then moved to Daytona Beach to take a position at Bethune-Cookman College. I met my husband there and I left the college to take another elementary teaching position for another five years. We had two children during the time I was in my two teaching positions and they really needed me at home, so I began my home business. My husband left Bethune-Cookman and is now at Daytona State College (formerly known as DBCC). My eletrical cardio-version in January went well and I am adjusting to the CPAP equipment for my sleep apnea. Wow, getting older sure brings a lot of changes.

School Story:

I remember how surprised I was that I was voted as an SGA representative, even though I never considered myself very popular. It really gave me a boost of self-confidence. I can truly say that most of my high school years were quite memorable.

We didn't know each other too well in high school, but as I was looking at your info about your occupation it was neat to see that you share my husbands career. He is a math professor at Daytona State College branch campus in Deltona, FL. He has family in the Jacksonville area that we are visiting July 9 - 10. May you and your family have a blessed summer!
