Looks like I'll have to update some pictures...
College at Niagara University (NY) on a 4-Year Army ROTC scholarship and I've been on Army Active Duty since 1991. Currently assigned at Ft Belvoir, VA. after having spent five years in the Pentagon. Unless I get selected for General Officer, I have a mandatory retirement in 2020, so with an expected relocation in summer 2017, I'm lobbying to go back to the Pentagon for the last few.
Our son is an Army 1LT and he graduated from Saint Leo University; our daughter graduated from George Mason University this past year and will start her Master's work this fall.
We head to Jacksonville every February to participate in the 26.2 with Donna, the National Marathon to Finish Breast Cancer. Since my wife is a two-time survivor, this event and cause is really near-and-dear to us. I had back surgery a few years ago so I can't run the full marathon, but I do the 13.1 (half). Any runners out there? please check it out.
When's the next gathering??
Classes of 1984 and 1985: We were the beginning...the beginning of everthing PCHS has evolved into over the years, and that's a story in itself.
I have many fond memories of football and its evolution at PCHS, but as I've grown older, I feel more and more of those aches, pains and abuse; but it was worth it.
Was never too fond of our carpeted gym, although we seemed to get pretty good bounce-back with the basketball.
"to the beach", "to the beach" ...I know the beach was always great and so close to the Circle K there in Englewood!
I'm not sure if it's still a part of the school, but I think the individualized name planks we had created for the initial wooden walk-way in the center courtyard was awesome.
