After leaving Port Gibson and graduating High School. I attended Jackson State University, majoring in Accounting. In 1987, I got married to Robert Anderson, but had no children.
Started my career, with U.S. Dept of Agriculture in 1987 and still trying to hang on until retirement at age 55.
In 2001, I encountered major life changing events with my marriage and I decided to go back to college. I graduated from Belhaven College in 2003. Later that same year, Robert and I divorced, but still today, we still remain best of friends.
After several transfers within the Dept of Agriculture, I finally settled down in Bolton, between Vicksburg and Jackson.
