                                Youth ages 5-17  $50.00

                                Youth ages 0-4    free

Family Choir -  If you are interested in participating in the choir, indicate on the registration form.  The Family Choir will render service during the Banquet on Saturday Night and during the Worship Service on Sunday. 

Commemorative Program Booklet - We need you to submit family photos to Gloria Williams by April 15, 2017 in order to be included in the booklet.  Gloria’s email address is gloria.williams@ars.usda.gov. Deadline Extended has been to May 05, 2017.
