I have 12 grandchildren, and 13 greats. Love them all dearly.

Got married after graduation, had children, raised children, worked part-time, went back to school, became a nurse. Worked full-time after husbands passing, continued to raise children, continued going to school. Obtained a Master's in Nursing. Retired in 2008 from the hospital after 30 years. Enjoyed my career and missed it so much that I work as a Case Manager for Home Care Agencies. I taught at SCCCC as a clinical instructor-adjunct faculty nursing, for several years. Hobbies include dancing, reading, music (especially the oldies) cross-stitch and I love to cook and bake. I also love to travel, and love spending time with my family and grandchildren. Especially loved going to Disney World and to Florida with them. Love going to Florida for several months in the wintertime. But, there is no place like Port Huron in the summer time. Especially love the summer festivities in and around St. Clair County. Guess there is no place like home.
School Story:

Went to Polk School for Kindergarten. From 1st through 8th grades attended Trinity Lutheran School. Washingtion Jr. High was next for 9th grade followed by Port Huron High. Yea, Big Reds.

Happy birthday Jacquie, wishing you a beautiful birthday. Enjoy your special day. It was so nice seeing and visiting with you at the “Raven Cafe” to listen to Bob Schneider sing. It was also great to see others also. I was unable to attend the monthly luncheon and the breakfast this past Sunday. Hopefully some other events. Have a great remainder of summer.

I'm so so sorry to hear of Bob's passing.  He was a humble quiet man.  Thoughts and prayers for his family and friends.  My memory of him is after he got a Cushman scooter he would ride over to my house and take me for rides on it.  I know he will be missed greatly by his family, friends, colleagues, and the many patients he has helped throughout the years.  RIP Bob, fly high with the angels.
