Just for everyone's information, Mike died in Korea when a Cobra helicopter he was piloting crashed. He had something like a week left in the Army when the accident occurred. Mike died in 1979 I believe.
As Greg said, one of the nicest people in the world. Huge, physically imposing (he was incredibly buff) he was also just a nice guy.
